Wet and Dry Vacuuming
In this pre-cleaning stage, we start by using a vacuum cleaner to get rid of all the loose dirt, dust, and stuff on the surface of the carpet. Next we use a wet vacuum cleaner to even suck up all the of moisture from the carpet.

Shampooing
In this deep cleaning stage, we use a special cleaning solution designed for carpets. We put it on the carpet, give it a good scrub to loosen up all the dirt and stains, and then use a machine to suck up the solution along with all the loosened dirt.

Inspection
After we’ve finished cleaning the carpet, we double-check for any stains or trouble spots before we call it a job well done.

Grooming
We use a special brush and comb to give the carpet a neat and tidy look. This brush helps the carpet fibers stand up straight, kind of like combing your hair, and it also makes the carpet dry faster.
